Project Overview

Cold plate liquid cooling is currently the mainstream technology. The system mainly consists of cooling towers, CDU (Coolant Distribution Unit), primary and secondary liquid cooling pipelines, cooling medium, and liquid-cooled server cabinets. Heat generated by server components is quickly transferred through the cold plate, circulated by the coolant, and discharged to external heat exchangers such as cooling towers. Cold plate liquid cooling offers high compatibility and reliability, reducing data center PUE to below 1.25.
