Project Overview
The project implements the MPP1000 series multi-parameter online water quality analyzer to monitor drinking water quality in a school cafeteria, including parameters such as turbidity, residual chlorine, pH, conductivity and temperature. All devices have been commissioned and are operating stably.

Application Scenario
- Application: Drinking water / potable water monitoring in school cafeteria
- Installed instrument: MPP1000 multi-parameter online water quality analyzer
- Monitored parameters: Turbidity, residual chlorine, pH, conductivity, temperature and other water quality indicators

Background & Purpose
Ensuring safe drinking water for students has always been a major concern. The project aims to provide transparent, real-time water quality monitoring so that school staff, students and parents can clearly see the water quality at the drinking water outlet. This enhances confidence in water safety and helps comply with regulatory drinking water standards.
Implementation Details
- The online analyzer was directly installed at the outlet of the cafeteria water supply, connecting to the drinking water discharge point.
- During commissioning, a portable residual chlorine meter was used to cross-check the accuracy of the online analyzer's chlorine measurements — the results met the school’s stringent requirements, and school management expressed high satisfaction.
- System is now running continuously and water quality data is made open to teachers and students for real-time inspection.
Why Use MPP1000 Multi-parameter Analyzer?
The MPP100 series is designed to meet diverse on-site monitoring needs with an integrated multi-parameter design. Thanks to its high reliability and low maintenance requirements, it is well suited for long-term, continuous drinking water monitoring applications.
Benefits for the Client
- Transparent water quality: students and parents can view real-time data, increasing trust in drinking water safety.
- Reliable results: cross-check with portable chlorine meter confirmed measurement accuracy, ensuring data credibility.
- Low maintenance and stable operation: reduces manual sampling workload, ensures continuous monitoring.
Project Summary
The successful deployment of the MPP1000 multi-parameter online water quality analyzer in the school cafeteria drinking water system demonstrates a practical and effective solution for ensuring safe drinking water. The project not only meets strict residual chlorine requirements, but also enables multi-parameter monitoring (turbidity, pH, conductivity, temperature), providing a comprehensive water quality control system. This approach can be replicated in other schools, institutions or drinking water projects for enhanced water safety.
